Many women are being mis-informed regarding body shape and what is possible.Do you seriously think that with the right training most women could have the same body shape or results that we often see in the media.
Of course not.
That is primarily in the genes.
Can any women improve their body shape by working out a hundred hours a week.Of course they could.
But who would be that insane and who would want to.
The "secret" is not the hard work outs, though they are important.The "trick" is the diet.There are many books out now on high protein low carb diets.
Do they work, of course they do.
But gymnasiums would prefer you buy the lie that you just have to spend big money and train with them and you can forget the diet.
But will still eat a high carbohydrate diet of cereal in the morning with skim milk or fat free free milk and think thats great for them
Off hand, I cannot think of anything worse.
Carbs are basically sugar molecules wrapped in a lattice.They can vary from pure sugar to cereals,vegetables and fruits etc..the best ones, like vegetables are complex carbo hydrates, the body takes awhile to release the sugar components.
The worst carbs are any form of sugar.
I gave up all forms of sugar and lost about 10% of my body weight without doing any exercise, and later started weight training and running.
The best way to get female abs is to start the day is a protein breakfast be it fish, meat or eggs.
And the best protein there is..probably milk.
Milk actually slows down any carbs release of sugar,,thats why skim milk is useless.
And lets get over the lie that eating fat, makes you fat.
Thats pure BS.
If you are pushed for time, try and protein drink of some form.
